To experience the Mexican holiday El Día de los Muertos, the high school Spanish Classes will be visiting the Latino Arts Museum in Milwaukee on Wednesday, November 6. They will have a guided tour of the Día de los Muertos altar exhibit, have lunch at the Café el Sol in the museum, and attend a workshop where students will make Yolotl Hearts. Students and Parents are reminded that the FIELD TRIP MONEY IS DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18th!

The 6th graders have been meeting with school counselor Sara Davis to discuss what positive character traits look like. Groups made flags with their version of different values such as kindness, honesty, gratitude, and compassion as part of their SEL (Social Emotional Learning) lessons and had a "parade" for the middle school students on Thursday!
