The PC Baseball game scheduled for today - Friday, April 26th - has been cancelled.
Due to earlier school delays and cancellations, the Potosi School District will have FULL STUDENT DAYS ON MAY 15th & 22nd. These were previously scheduled early release days, but now will be FULL DAYS WITH DISMISSAL AT 3:30. Please update your home calendars to reflect this. (May 1st, May 8th, and May 24th are still early release days.)
As a result of delayed starts during winter weather, the Potosi School District is four (4) hours short of the required instructional time for the 2023-2024 school year.
To remedy the situation, previously planned early releases on Wednesday, May 15th and Wednesday, May 22nd will now be full student days.
(Please note that we will still have 1:30pm early releases on Wednesday, May 1st; Wednesday, May 8th; and on the last day for students, Friday, May 24th.)
Please update your calendars and reach out to the school offices if you have any questions.

Papa Murphy's Day in 3rd Grade was the best! Mary Morgan Sheckler, Mrs. Uppena's sister and owner of Papa Murphy's in Platteville and Prairie du Chien, brought in all the ingredients for us to make our own pizzas today! We made our recipe on paper, using halves, thirds, or fourths. Then we used her recipe cards to put the right amount of ingredients and used scales to get the right amount of sauce and cheese. We got to take them home to bake them tonight! What a delicious math lesson! Thank you, Papa Murphy's! ❤️🍕
Thank your to our Administrative Professionals for keeping things running smoothly in our school! Tami Jo, Christa, Tammy & Debbie - You're the best! @AdminProfessionalsDay

The FCA huddle played a game about choices to coincide with the choices that high school students (especially seniors) have to make about their future!
Mrs. Murray's middle school math students have been working hard the past two weeks preparing for the state test. They have been working with a skill plan in IXL, which is a great way that students can review topics and do some mini lessons on skills they haven't reached yet. These are the top of the leader boards with correct questions answered and skills done to proficiency for 6th, 7th and 8th.
