Middle school students can stop by August 28th, 3–6 PM to pick up schedules, find lockers, drop off supplies, and have your school pictures taken. See you there! 🎒📚

Per Wisconsin State Statutes, students may only miss up to 10 days per school year (exceptions apply for health care provider appointments). If your child sees a health care provider during the school day, please remember to send a note.

PICTURE DAY IS ALMOST HERE! On Thursday, August 28th - from 2-6pm, students are invited to stop at the school and have their school picture taken. A few days after pictures are taken, you can login to the Jostens website and order your photos. Pictures will be delivered directly to your home. MARK YOU CALENDAR: THURSDAY, AUGUST 28th, 2-6pm!

🎨✨ We are proud of Potosi Art Teacher, Rahni Haverland, who recently presented at the Play Make Learn Conference at Memorial Union in Madison!
Rahni was invited to share how she uses cardboard in the art room, highlighting her Sculpture Center and its focus on choice and student-led learning. It was a wonderful experience where she connected with artists from New York, program directors from California, and many amazing educators right here in Wisconsin.
Way to go, Ms. Haverland, for representing Potosi and inspiring others across the country! 👏💜

The FCA Mission Team 25 served at local agencies including Orchard Manor and Urban Bicycle Food Ministry of Dubuque in July. They spent a weekend learning about personal improvement and playing teambuilders and competitive games in addition to their acts of service!

The Potosi High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) helped with skits, games, and rotations at the Potosi VBS in early August. Seventy nine children participated, with two dozen youth and adult leaders and helpers on staff for the 21st annual VBS!
Potosi and Cassville High Schools have co-op teams for 7 of 8 sports, proudly wearing green, maroon, and gold since 2017. But we've never had a shared mascot—until now!
To boost unity and school spirit, student-athletes from both schools helped narrow down mascot ideas, and now it's time for the final vote!

Have you ever considered being a substitute teacher? If so, we would love to have you join our team at Potosi Schools. Before you say "YES" please keep in mind that you do need to have at least a 2 year degree in any field. If you are interested, please contact the school at 608-763-2161 ext 800.
