Potosi Schools will be running on a two hour delay tomorrow, January 19th.

Classes will begin at 10 AM.

Reminder: Wednesday (January 21st) is NOT an early release day. Dismissal will be at 3:30. Friday is the end of the semester and Friday will be an early release of 1:30.

🧩 Puzzlemania Fun at Southwest Tech! 🧩
A group of Potosi Middle School 6th graders recently attended Puzzlemania at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College! Students worked together to tackle a variety of brain teasers, logic challenges, and a jigsaw puzzle. It was great to see their teamwork, problem-solving skills, and determination as they competed through each challenge. Way to go! 👏

Our first play date is tomorrow—and it’s FREE!
Please enter through the Elementary doors at 1:30 PM.
You and your child will meet the teachers, ask questions, and explore the school. Children will play in the classrooms and the gym and get to know other kids.
If this is your first time at the school, we encourage parents to stay, connect with other families, and learn more about our school community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Registration for 4K & 3-5 year old screening has begun for Potosi School District. The application is online at potosi.k12.wi.us , or you may call in to obtain more information. Early registration for in-district students is February 18, 2026. Open enrollment is February 2-April 30, 2026

Potosi Elementary focuses on a different character trait each month. December's trait was PERSEVERANCE. These students showed exceptional character in school and therefore were treated to pizza with Mr. Uppena! Congratulations to all the winners!

🤖🐝 Learning Together Through Coding! 🐝🤖
High school students are teaming up with 2nd grade students to explore coding using BeeBots robots! It’s been great to see collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership as students of all ages learn and have fun together. What an awesome hands-on learning experience!
