Friday was an incredible day of professional growth and collaboration as six area schools came together in Potosi for a common inservice day! ❤️💛
Our first speaker was Todd Whitaker, a leading expert on teaching, leadership, and school culture, and author of What Great Teachers Do Differently. 🌟 Then, breakout sessions convened based on different curricular areas. 🌟 To cap off the day, we were inspired by Jamie Nutter from CESA 3 about the impact we make every day.🌟

The FCA gave out Halloween candy & encouraging messages while hunting for costume pieces to dress up for their recent team challenge. It's fun to pretend to be somebody else, but the message is that it's even better to be YOURSELF! :)

🎃 The 7th grade class wrapped up their very first school store today with a fun Halloween theme! 👻 Mrs. Murray’s class was full of excited students all afternoon showing their support — great job, 7th graders! 🧡🖤
Mrs. Uppena's 3rd grade class had their first book club today! Everyone read "Arthur's Halloween." They talked about the characters, setting, and events that happened and then they watched an episode of "Arthur's Halloween"! Their next book is Flat Stanley!!! After everyone reads it, they each will get a Flat Stanley for a fun 3rd Grade project!
