This year's 17th ANNUAL SIX RIVERS BASKETBALL ALL-STAR GAMES will take place on Friday, June 23rd at Barneveld HS. The girls EAST vs. WEST game will take place at 6:00pm followed by some coed shooting contests. This year, the boys game will have a new format. Boys from EAST & WEST schools will be teamed together to make two teams and play each other at 8:00pm. All admission donations will be donated to the UW CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL in Madison. Get out to Barneveld HS on June 23rd to watch some very talented basketball players while supporting a great cause! Our own Emily Bierman, Sam Udelhofen and Dayton Udelhofen will be participating in the All-Star games.

Each spring, the Wisconsin Council of Administrators for Special Services (WCASS) recognizes and honors educators who have demonstrated excellence in special education across the 12 CESA regions in the state. Educators are nominated by their peers and/or administrators and then voted on by the Regional Service Network within CESA 3. This year, Potosi is once again fortunate to have been recognized with two Region 3 WCASS Awards. High School teacher, Mariah Meier, was awarded Special Educator of the Year. The other award is for the Region 3 WCASS Pupil Related Service Provider of the Year. Dana Straka, Occupational Therapist, was the recipient of this award. Congratulations ladies! We are so proud of the work you do for our students! #potosipride

The Potosi EMS Brat and Burger Sale will be held on June 17th from 9 am to Noon at SS Andrew Thomas School.

You can still schedule your Sports Physicals @Grant Regional Health Center for June 13-July 22. Only $25 and the proceeds are donated back to the school!

Summer school will run normal hours tomorrow (7:45-3:15). If you plan to take your child to baseball sectionals, please let the office know. Thank you!

The sixth grade social studies class made exhibits from different ancient civilizations to present to elementary and middle school students this week at their World Culture Museum. They brought parts of Ancient Egypt, China, Africa, Native America, and the Middle Ages to life!

The Potosi Middle School Forensics team performed "Hamish Mactavish is Eating a Bus" as a group interpretive reading for their family and friends on Monday night. They will be bringing the story to life one more time on Friday morning at the middle school last-day assembly.

What a year it has been in the art room! Did you make it to the art show? There were over 1,500 pieces of art on display created by our talented students in 4K-12th grade!
