The Student Council is stepping up to support hurricane relief efforts, and we need your help! We're collecting essential items like:
Cleaning supplies 🧹
Soap & body wash 🧼
Toothpaste & toothbrushes 🦷
Razors 🪒
Socks 🧦
Blankets & pillows 🛏️
Gas cards ⛽
School supplies ✏️
This is a quick-turnaround collection — donations will be accepted until Friday morning ⏰.
📍 Donation boxes are located in front of the main office, and one will be placed in the elementary side as well.

Potosi Volleyball FIGHT NIGHT is coming up fast! If you have a raffle basket that you would like to donate, please drop it off at the school by October 8th! Thank you for your support in the fight against Childhood Cancers!

If the community supports the capital (facilities) referendum, the plan would allow us to accept the FEMA grant for the community storm shelter, which would offset a portion of the total project cost. If the $9.1 million referendum is approved, the debt portion of the school district’s tax mill rate is estimated to increase by $1.85, representing $185 annually for every $100,000 of equalized property value.

Today, some of our middle school students had the incredible opportunity to start their journey into the world of architecture, exploring the genius of Frank Lloyd Wright at Taliesin in Spring Green. Their learning adventure has officially begun, as they dive into the art and design that shaped modern architecture. A day of inspiration and creativity!

Potosi Elementary focuses on a different character trait each month. September's trait was RESPECT. These students showed exceptional respect in school and therefore were treated to pizza with Mr. Uppena! Congratulations to all the winners!
