A big thank you to Jack Kaiser and AJ Udelhoven for helping take on this huge tractor restoration project. This tractor was originally operated at Bockenhauer Farms and Trucking in Mindoro, WI. It was used and abused until it was decommissioned over 25 years ago. We rebuilt the clutch and transmission, gave it a cab kit and new rubber, extensive sheet metal work and welding to the trailer, and fresh paint and decals all the way around. The new engine we got for it is three years old, and already has a lot of hours, but is ready to go to work and rack up many more. It is going to be really exciting to drop this engine in it Christmas morning and watch it start a new generation of farmers.

Student council is helping to organize the Food Drive for the Holiday Season.
Students will bring canned food to your room, starting Monday (12/7). The last day to bring in food will be Friday December 18th. Their goal will be to to "block you out from the classroom". If they succeed in bringing enough canned food to cover your doorway, you agree to give them the "day off" from learning on Monday December 21st.
The "day off" from learning can be whatever you want it to be. You can offer a video/movie/tv show day or game day or study hall day or nature walk day or you can sing about sunshine and rainbows...whatever you think will motivate students to bring in enough canned goods to block your doorway.
On Friday (12/18) kids will use study hall time to see if they collected enough to “block your the teacher out”. You don’t need to keep your door blocked the whole time, we’ll check them during study hall on Friday the 18th. Or you can let them set up the cans as they bring them in if you like to embrace the chaos.
