Planning a Healthy Pregnancy
Research has shown that the more prepared
a parent is for the arrival of a baby, the less stress they will face during
the first few months of their arrival. The earlier a woman plans for her
pregnancy, the more time she will have to prepare and seek the medical
attention to ensure a healthy pregnancy.
Nutrition plays a big part in the success
of a pregnancy. Women that are pregnant need more nutrients in their bodies
and it is important to know which ones. Along with nutrition there are
different activity needs, birthing choices, budgeting necessities, and
baby proofing that needs to be done.
Through this web-quest students will gain knowledge
in an area and present the information they have learned to the class in
through their power point presentation.
